Great post again - love all the insider info on what those big dawgs are like. The one I'm most jealous of, by far, even though you only saw him, is Slash
good call; Slash AKA Saul Hudson was a year ahead of me and I was off geeking out with the rocketry club versus listening to bands in the quad. His band then was called Tidus Sloan and you can find pics of that online. BUT ... 7 years later I saw him at the LA Coliseum where they were opening for the Rolling Stones. They played a great set, but the band I remember from that night was the one that opened for GnR - Living Colour. Remember Cult of Personality?

Hell yeah I remember that band. My pals and I in London would play 'Love Rears its Ugly Head' 47 times in a row on many an evening
